If you haven't seen this video, it's a great (and easy) way to increase your power and decrease your stress in two minutes. Sounds to good to be true, doesn't it? But there is actual science behind it. Besides, it's worth 2 minutes to give it a try. I'm curious what you think if you do decide to try it.
