 .....  "My Time" Online Coaching


I named it "My Time" for two reasons:

1 - Taking time to focus on yourself will help you build your fearlessness tools.  
2 - Because coaching is online and in writing, you can take time to sit with ideas and consider the answers to questions.  You can also do your coaching assignments on your schedule at any time of day.


If I decide to try online coaching, how long do I have to commit?


I don't require any length of time commitment.  You can go as long as you'd like, take breaks when you like or stop when you like.  Coaching, however, is cumulative.  Though much progress, momentum, and change can happen when doing consistent coaching, I realize that sometimes it is useful to take a break from regular coaching sessions.  Some people choose to come in and out of coaching as it is supportive in their lives. What is most important is that you do what works for you.

What does "coaching is client led" mean?


It means I do not tell you what to do, how to be, what to belief etc.  As a coach, I want your core authenticity to get out and shine.   I know that when we get to the source of who you really are, it is a place of energy and strength.  We stay focused on you and what you want. 

What is the Online Coaching Portal like?


You will be able to log into your own private online space for you and me to do your coaching.  It is a place for me to send you your written coaching assignments and for you to send me back your written answers.   Because your work will be saved here, you can go back and reference it.

How much coaching do I get each week?


We will alternate between me sending your coaching assignments and you sending me back your answers.  Based on your answers, I will prepare and send you your next assignment within 24 hours.  If you can meet that same goal and return your coaching work within 24 hours, that would allow for at least 3 coaching times a week. 

Does the introductory price go up after the first week?

No. The weekly price you sign up for coaching will stay with you as long as you continue your coaching.  You are welcome to take a break and keep your introductory rate as long as the breaks aren't for longer than 30 days.


Who Should Do My Time Online Coaching?


Following are some examples of situations that My Time Online Coaching is designed for:

- you have dreams or desires and want to expand and challenge yourself
- you are feeling out of sync, like the life you are living and who you really are aren't aligned
- you are experiencing a challenging time of change or transition
- you realize that what you are doing now isn't working for you and you want to explore your options
- you simply want to take a courageous, fearless adventure into self awareness and intentional living

Does coaching work for everyone?

There are a couple ingredients necessary for coaching to work.  The first is an open mind or at a minimum a willingness to suspend disbelief in oneself.  We live out our beliefs. If one believes they cannot change and nothing will work, then sadly they may be right.   This is because of "cognitive bias," which is a little trick our brain plays, wherein, we will only pay attention to the things in the world that support our belief.

The second necessary ingredient is to put some work into it.  We can adjust our work to smaller or greater amounts based on your schedule, but some work will be necessary. 

If, however, one approaches coaching with a sense of curiosity, a desire for growth, and an eagerness to seek to your true voice and not the zombies, it will be an amazing adventure in self discovery and empowerment.
